Booking Policies
Reservations
Reservations may be made by phone or online. For all clients, we kindly request a valid credit card number on file or a gift card in order to hold your reservation. No amount will be charged to your credit card unless it falls within the cancellation policy. All services must be booked in advance. Please arrive on time to your appointment. Any late appointments can be subject to failure to receive the scheduled service and charged a cancelation fee. No walk ins are currently being accepted. Your mind can be at ease that everything has been properly sterilized before, during, & after your appointment. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless approved beforehand. Upon Arrival, please come with a mask. The mask shall be worn throughout the duration of the service unless you are receiving a service that you are not able to wear a mask.
Cancelation Policy
As a courtesy to other clients and to The Face Lady, a requirement of a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled service. Failure to arrive for your scheduled service(s) without providing a 24-hour notice, can result in a cancellation fee of half of the service cost. Failure to honor the cancelation policy more than 3 times within a 12-month period could result in a refusal of service and denial of online booking access and any future bookings at the spa.
Clients showing any symptoms of illness will not be accepted in the spa for a scheduled service. If you are sick, even at the last minute, showing any symptoms of illness, or have been around anyone who is sick, kindly reschedule. All cancelations due to illness will not be charged a cancelation fee.
Appointment Arrival
When arriving to your appointment, please stay in your car and text Jen at 314-656-9895 to notify of your arrival. You will receive a text notification back when the space is sterilized and prepared for your appointment. All guests are required to wear a face covering upon entry to the spa and during all services, with the exception of services where a mask cannot be worn. You will be instructed when the face covering can be removed. The Face Lady wears also wears a face covering, glasses, a shield from the neck up, and gloves. The spa air is also sprayed before each client arrives.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase online or in person at the Spa. Please contact The Face Lady directly for both online and in person purchases or click on the link below. Bella Ragazza Salon & Spa gift cards that were previously purchased are redeemable for services or retail at The Face Lady. Gift cards are not refundable nor redeemable for cash.
