
Booking Policies
Reservations
Reservations may be made by phone or online. For all clients, we kindly request a valid credit card number on file or a gift card in order to hold your reservation. No amount will be charged to your credit card unless it falls within the cancellation policy. All services must be booked in advance. Please arrive on time to your appointment. Any late appointments can be subject to failure to receive the scheduled service and charged a cancelation fee. No walk ins are currently being accepted. Your mind can be at ease that everything has been properly sterilized before, during, & after your appointment. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless approved beforehand.
Cancelation Policy
As a courtesy to other clients and to The Face Lady, a requirement of a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled service. Failure to arrive for your scheduled service(s) without providing a 24-hour notice, can result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost. Failure to honor the cancelation policy more than 3 times within a 12-month period could result in a refusal of service and denial of online booking access and any future bookings at the spa.
Clients showing any symptoms of illness will not be accepted in the spa for a scheduled service. If you are sick, even at the last minute, showing any symptoms of illness, or have been around anyone who is sick, kindly reschedule. All cancelations due to illness will not be charged a cancelation fee.
Appointment Arrival
When arriving to your appointment, please stay in your car and text Jen at 314-656-9895 to notify of your arrival. You will receive a text notification back when the space is sterilized and prepared for your appointment.
